Not going to work with quarters now.

Instead, grab a deck of cards (WITHOUT Jokers) toss the full deck in the air and pick them up as fast as you can. Repeat this process until the Jazz receive the #8 pick.

Damn. Only decks of cards I've got have jokers included .. so that won't work.

If you have Jokers you just have to remember to toss the deck with your right hand, and pick up the cards with your left hand then reverse this order every other time.
