I'm going to be camping around the 27th of April with friends for a few days so the jazz need to just take care of their first round opponent in 4 games so they have some time off before the second round so I don't have to miss any games live.

The Thunder have blown so many 4th quarter leads this year, and they are crap at closing out games late. The Jazz can pretty consistently get down to the wire with a team, and if we can do that then we have a pretty decent shot at pulling off a win. The Thunder are perhaps the only playoff team that is worse late game than us. I like our chances to take the series to six games.


I honestly think that the reason you want the Spurs is because you think we can steal one game. And you REALLY want to be able to troll Spurstalk after a Jazz win just once before the end of the season.

The 6th seed is at reach with only 2 games left and the Grizzlies play @Clippers and @Warriors. Anything can happen I would take the 6th seed any day of the week, not because of our chances to take the series but because a 6th seed after an Exum-less season and with all the injuries would be huge. The Lakers game really scares me that the NBA will send Kobe out with a win.

Unless we have a total meltdown, I think the favoritism from the refs would need to be extraordinarily blatant for the Lakers to beat us. And if that ends up happening, I might honestly quit the NBA.

I dont know how the NBA telling refs to favor the Lakers would help the NBA. It's not like the Lakers need this game to get into the playoffs. People are going to watch the game no matter what.

And there's no real expectation that they'll go out with a bang. Kobe's farewell tour has been a joke. He's leaving the NBA on one of the worst teams in the league while his play has been hit-and-miss at best.

Not sure why people are even nervous about that game.
