What's new

***OFFICIAL Prediction Thread - # of Wins?***

So right now the Jazz are on pace for 27 wins, yet I think they'll improve on it since they've played a brutal schedule so far (10 of the 15 teams so far they've played have a winning record).

The next 17 games (through Dec 31st):
Home (8): Probable wins (3) vs Orlando, Philly and Miinesota. Possible wins (2) against Denver and Miami. Probable losses (3): LA Clippers, Toronto, San Antonio
Away (9): Possible wins (3): @OKC, Orlando and Charlotte. Probable losses (6): @Sac, Was, NO, Miami, Memphis, LA Clippers.

I think the Jazz will go 6-11, maybe 7-10. So just slightly better than their current record.

WOW.. that was wishful thinking.. hahaha

I was right under that (39). For the sake of a few on this board, I hope the Jazz get to at least 26. But I have to admit I've moved from optimistic to "man, this team is a LONG ways away." So now I'm hoping for a season full of Chicago-type games (close losses) and a win total of 30 or under. I'm already in the mode of thinking Utah really needs another significant player. Thirty wins last year would have resulted in the #8 lottery spot.

So around 12-20? Man our schedule has been brutal. I remember seeing a stat that we had played the most away games and the least home games out of all the nba teams...

Not anymore. Jazz just played 3 out of 4 at home. They've now played 7 home and 8 away.
And we had a relatively easy EC road trip, but didn't take full advantage. The schedule will always be brutal because of us playing in the WC. Outside of the Jazz, Lakers, Minnesota and OKC (but just for one more week), the WC doesn't have any bad teams.

The median is 35 wins. We could still hit that if we are a .500 team for the rest of the season.

I said 31 and now I really don't see them getting past 22. They shouldn't be this bad but they are, who is to blame for this one.??? Players - too easy; Coach - expected; the entire front office - a challenge :)

Would be kinda funny if literally all 60+ of us guessed too high.
we'd suck at The Price is Right.
