I didn't need a rumor to figure that the loss on Saturday pissed off Whittingham. He should be pissed off as should every player and coach. Re-analyzing everything seems like a good thing to do with a bye this week.

Chalk up another loss for the Utes.

Washington just down the Cardinal. If they could stop Stanford's run offense then shutting down White will be simple.

Honestly, who will Utah beat in the Pac-12? Colorado? Maybe? Maybe not?

How many passes is Whitt gonna have? I mean, he'll be lucky to get to 6 wins this year. Next year will his butt finally be put on the hot seat for his team underachieving?

Thriller, you are the king of premature doomsday. Utah has played exactly one PAC12 game. It wasn't pretty, by any stretch of the imagination, but your twisted fantasies are causing you to really reach here. You have taken a crumb of actual information and extrapolated it into the full blown implosion of Utah football.

The Utes losing @ Washington was drawn in permanent ink before the start of the season, atleast for me.

I'm realistic about Utah's chances this season. Our QB and O-Line look pretty grim. But I'm satisfied to let it play out rather than going all chicken little at this point. The advantage of speculating, one game into the conference season, is...?

It will make us look amazing and will give us the ammo in 8 weeks to look back, point, laugh. It also adds to the extra-stupidness (yay, new word?) of the Salty's of the world.

win/win, really.
