Agreed. Also with two picks one being a possible top five and all our younger talent we could trade up in the draft.

#5 & #19 plus Hayward and Kanter or Favors would be hard for any team to ignore.

Also it could be to our advantage if Jabari waits till next year. Its not like we are going to get 50 wins next year.

Im one of the biggest pro tankers and im not hating on trey or gordon for making that play last night.
Im pissed that jefferson scored 20 though and pissed that we won.

So you want another year of tanking?
Not me, I want to root for wins again next year and be looking at the playoffs, not trying for a top 3 pick again.

A couple of other people, I don't want to name names. there's a few in this thread that are saying the players are ruining the teams future by playing hard to win (not tanking).

i expect us to win 35 games next year. we have to see some improvements. with trey getting better and 2 new addition, we better be decent.
and if our draft picks pan out, we should be 45 win team by 2016-2017.

I feel ya.
I think the players might be hurting the teams future by playing hard and trying to win..... but i dont expect them not to try to win.

I wish trey would have missed the shot last, and i even wish he would have intentionally missed it.
But i in no way expect him to try to miss it.
 
Everybody pissing and moaning about draft picks just please shut the hell up. You don't know how things will play out for the rest of the season, on lottery night, OR on draft night. Stop worrying about things you cannot affect! Sit back and enjoy the ride. Your ulcers and your family will thank you.
 
On a positive note, I'm not sure Embiid (injury concerns) or Parker (terrible defense) are really the answer. And if Exum only wants to play for LA, that makes the first four really one and three big risks.
 
Not saying that I want more tanking but we still have a couple more years of growth before we compete. Hell it took four years for the Thunder even with Durant and Westbrook. We maybe flirting with the lottery again next year even if we get a top pick.
