Our Two Way Guys Aren't Any Good

I'm not sure what metrics the Jazz front office uses to evaluate talent but take a look at Naz's shooting stats particularly from 3. There are 3 2 way guys that are better than ours John Jenkins, RJ Hunter and Troy Williams. Willie Reed is talented but is not a 2 way guy. Cavanaugh's stats are decent but about the same as last year for the Hawks GLeague team and we know how awash in talent they are. I guess the same people that thought Oliver Hanlan and Nigel Williams Goss were prospects pulled the trigger on these signings.

Stars won tonight in Vegas in the GLeague showcase. Isiah Cousins and Spida's friend Trey Lewis had 19 points. Grayson Allen, Bradley and Willie Reed had strong games. Our two way guys not so much.

allen barely tries or gets touches on that team (naz, cousins, and lewis have terrible vision and are score first; lyles not as much) but he is clearly their best guard when he gets sent down. that says alot about how far behind the other guards are.

Troy Williams manages to have equal parts good plays and royal **** ups for Sacramento.. If he's the gold standard for 2-way guys this year the bar is set very low...

(though if I start digging thru the names I'm sure I'd have some favorites.)
