When hood returns from injury, the neto mack exum debate needs to end. it needs to be burks getting ALL the backup 1 minutes. all 4 of them (neto, burks, exum, mack) are pretty bad defensively, make occasional bad passes, etc. but burks has that potential to just dump 15 on you in a quarter, his passing has actually been pretty good in his limited time, he can actually dribble the ball (quite well), and just gives us a total change of pace when he's in the game.

If you think 'hip hop' is music, you'd better wake the **** up and smell the roses......
I guess you think rap is also considered 'music' .
Perhaps stick to chatting about bball and leave music to musicians

Love me some rap music and hip hop (pretty much same thing to me). My pandora station that im listening to the most currently is gym class heroes station. Lots of lupe fiasco, B.O.B., eminem, Lacrae (never heard of him until I started listening to this station), NF (him either), G-eazy.... Good stuff all around. Mostly hip hop stuff im guessing but i have mostly been a rap fan all my life (tupac, too short, dj quick, HI-C, method man, N.W.A, Jay-Z, spice 1, ghetto boys, even all the way back to KRS-1, epmd, eric b and rakim, rodney o and joe cooley, rbl posse, public enemy etc.)

How does one distinguish rap from hip hop anyway? Is it basically that rap music is more "hard" gansta **** and hip hop is more "clean", less gangsta urban? I have never known the difference and use the two interchangably.

I'm not a very old guy, I grew up during the birth and rise of rap. That being said, I always chuckle when people defend rap. I'll stop short of calling it "not music" but I do find it extremely amusing how vigorously people will defend a genre of "music" which largely consists of sampling somebody else's work, and laying down X-Rated nursery rhymes on top of it.

laying down X-Rated nursery rhymes on top of it.

Thats a very incorrect blanket statement. A. Not all rap/hip hop is x-rated. Lots of clean stuff out there. (ever heard of will smith?) Even some cristian rap too.
B. simplifying the lyrics of these guys to nursery rhyme level just shows that you have no idea what you are talking about.
Every genre of music has some simplistic lyrics (ever heard we are the champions by queen?) but there is tons of rap/hip hop with extremely difficult and clever lyrics. I would love for you to try to write a rap song and see how it stands up lyrically with some eminem, tupac, lupe fiaso, gym class heroes, etc etc.

Also some (thought admittedly the minority) hip hop/rap has dudes playing drums, guitars, etc not just using other peoples music. Gym class heroes is one example.

And there is more than just writing creative good lyrics. You have to have timing, technique, flow and other nuances to be a great rapper for the most part. (of course there is some straight trash rap/hip hop out there too but that can be said of any genre of music)

I just love everything about his game.

When he came on board I thought he would be a nice stop gap between now and when Dante is ready.

Now I want him to lead the charge for the next few years. He is a big piece to the core.
Hill and Hay have good chemistry too.
