Peltons possible roy canidates

I'll be shocked if Jimmer cracks 15ppg. Rubio ought to be in play and IMO could be the best competition for Irving.

Why do people think Vesely is going to contribute right away? I feel like he is getting massively hyped up because of his highlight reels. He's still probably the most raw of all the top 5 picks.

I can see why Kanter isn't there either. Burks will be decent, but I doubt anyone thinks he's going to dominate. California is an island in the middle of a echelon of drama.

Kanter isn't on the list because: "Of the three players taken directly from Europe in the top 10 (thereby not counting Utah's Enes Kanter, who has no projectable stats), Vesely is the only one certain to play in the NBA right away."

I don't understand... he wasn't put on the list because he wasn't taken directly from Europe? Or because he has no projectable stats? And isn't the latter kinda moot, I mean, he was taken #3 for his perceived ability. Stupid articles do as stupid does.

Most every list wont include Kanter or Burks because there is not much chance they see a lot of court time. Most all players that well be considered for ROY well be starters on bad teams or get a ton of burn off the bench for a bad team. Kanter has a lot to prove to be able to beat out the players we already have in the front court. Burks I could see getting a little playing time. But still has to beat out Bell for his min. But nether well be starters right of the bat and may not see more than 5-10 min a game average until toward the end of the season.

^^^ Don't disagree at all. Even if Kanter could take minutes from Al, it may not make sense to do so and risk diminishing his trade value. That's not a prediction of any kind, btw.

I anticipate that should be easy to do. Now that Sloan is gone, I hope the Jazz truly do put the best player on the court rather than limit their growth due to them being rookies or second year players. I think Ty will be better at this.
