I do. People could move there for all sorts of reasons. They're pathetic wanna be actors who think they'll make it big. They have taken a new job there and the pay is too good to pass up. It could be anything and let's be honest, none of this changes the fact that it, like many major cities, is a cess pool. I'm not sure why we have to get all sensitive about it.
