Power of the Dollar is awesome throughout, its a classic. I was listening to that years before 50 blew up.

Rip the Jacker.. all the tracks are crazy, insane lyricism and subject matter.

The Autobiography of Kirk Jones is like a rap opera, one of the most creative albums ive heard.

I have over a terrabyte of rap music, these are some of my favorites.

Cormega - The Realness is vastly underrated and great throughout.

Jay Z - Reasonable Doubt is arguably one of the best rap albums ever.

Gangstarr - Moment of Truth is considered DJ Premier's masterpiece work, hes arguably one of the greatest DJ/Producer's ever and cultivated a style that is still copied today.

CNN - The War Report is just an incredibly underrated album, maybe it doesnt deserve mention, idk, i have a hard time grading anything perfect.

Ghostface Killah - Ironman is probaby my favorite album that ever came from Wu-Tang, tbh.
 
Its a matter of opinion i guess, Id say these albums are close;

Ol' Dirty ******* - Return to the 36 chambers
The Roots - Phrenology
Little Brother - The Chittlin Circuit 1.5
 
No else will agree and most have probably never heard it but....

I love each and every song on Hi-C's album Skanless.

I have that album 3rd behind both straight outta compton and 100 miles n runnin
 
Admittedly, I'm not as well-versed as some of you guys so I don't know the third album you mentioned but I absolutely love the first two tracks on RNDD. Freakin' awesome ****.

I should add stuff by John Fahey. I've listened to a lot of him over the past decade. I like THE GREAT SAN BERNARDINO BIRTHDAY PARTY, THE DANCE OF DEATH & OTHER PLANTATION FAVORITES, and GOD, TIME, AND CAUSALITY.

****. Not sure how I missed this post. Those Can albums are fan-****ing-tastic. Are you into other Krautrock?
