I dont think Walt should be on this list. Despite being the oldest of these guys he is a rookie and his due date should be further away. Now that he is here it seems everyone is picking him, but I dont think they do that because he is subjectively better or more promising than some of the others its just that "benefit of doubt" is stronger with him.
However since he is here, he is my choice for "the bench flamethrower with upside" -role over Brice. Not based on production, but just a gut feeling/eyeball test and maybe I'm also getting a bit fooled by his run last season in college.
For my second guy I'm going to mix things up and go with Hendricks. Even though he looks quite terrible rn he is the most likely guy to become starter caliber player from this bunch. He needs to get leaner and improve his footwork but that may be the key development steps for him to become a playable 3&D option. He is the best shot blocker and rebounder of this bunch, and he can rim run and shoot the ball as well or better than anyone on this list. He cannot handle the ball at all, but thats not part of the job I envision for him.
Collier was my other option for the 2nd spot despite being the tank commander he is. His shot is broken but if you buy him being able to fix it he becomes very intriguing. Has impressive explosiveness in relation to his frame and his playmaking/passing is definitely better than that of the other guys on this list.
Flip is a nice "swiss army knife" on offense but has the same problem as Brice. They are both horrible defenders and I dont see how they suddenly turn into better ones. Thats a huge no-no for role players since Walt already took the bench scorer role, and other guys I wanna bring from the bench must be able to defend some at least. Cody is a better defender than the others but I have zero faith in his ceiling as a role player because he doesnt do the little things and seems to lack the dawg.
