What's new

Pirates Cove at Lake Mead

Yes.

My company designed and built Craig a home in our development here in the Geez.

Ive stayed at that house too. The one with the tree in the middle of it? If that's really your company props to you. That house is amazing. When you have all the walls opened up its incredible.

You been to the Grandma's big estate over in Green Valley? That's another fun house as well.

Yes. My company is Split Rock. Developer of Entrada.
Yes, I've been to the big estate across from Green Valley. Very nice land, etc.

Y'all ever been to 'Berta? Pretty fine real estate up in this bish, if you like 4 seasons (well, more like 2).

^ lol at those first two houses... yikes canadannas

Hard to justify building beautiful homes when they're covered in snow for more than half the year. Think about it.

The one here at Entrada? Hmmm.. iirc, that home is around 7000 sq/ft. If that's correct (it's been a while) then that level of finish would be around $1,600,000, plus lot ($350,000) plus furnishings ($250,000).

So a bit over $2MM.

And the other part of the year the land is too beautiful to 'screw up' with a building of any kind. <3

but srs, not all of the commercial architecture in my neck of the woods is that bad, and the Rocky Mountains are purdy. Edmonton has an awesome river valley too.

But residential architecture? Absolute piss. This city is the most ***-backwards place in terms of fashion or style in the entire planet, probs.
