I would say that yes I do. I am always accepted as a girl when I go out in public presenting as a girl. I have no problems using the women's restroom. I must not be passing very well as a boy since I get called ma'am and miss when out in my "boy mode". So that leads me to believe I do look like a girl. I have been told by several people that I have feminine features. I'm not tall at just under 5'7", and have always had a slender build. The only issues I've had are from biased people such as my family. One of my brothers tried to tell me I have masculine features. Everyone else says the complete opposite.
I'll let you judge for yourself by posting a picture of one of my Halloween costumes.

In all honesty, a few things that comee to mind as I'm about five Captain and Cokes in.
You could use some reconstructive jaw surgery to make your jaw smaller/thinner so that you appear more girly. Or is this frowned upon in the TG community like lifts are in the dwarfs social circle? Your arms are a little manly still too. Maybe a nip/tuck would do the trick.
Regarding my other ideas, some people in here are just ebing dicks now. Sorry but cltch, and I think you're funny usually, but you're just piling on and being a jerkoff now. C'mon man. I won't say I've been a total gentleman. hell, I've even been a bit cynical. But you're just outwardly being a dick to her. I know Katie can be a bit sensitive. Aren't all girls? But be respectful and treat her like a lady. She deserves that. Joker, I'd say the same to you but you're just a little boy still so I expect nothing more, nothing less.
