Podcast interview with Randy Foye

I know there is a long thread on the acquisition of Randy Foye, but there is a new interview with him that I believe deserves its own thread.

I am amazed at his story. He has overcome a lot, the death of his father and the murder of his mother. And know he is giving back to the community through his charity (helping kids who also have to overcome massive difficulties). Personally, I love reading and hearing about how athletes give back to the community. I figured someone else might have interest as well.

In June 2006, it was reported that Foye has the rare condition situs inversus, which means his organs are arranged as the mirror image of a normal person's: for example, his heart is in the right side of his chest rather than the left. However, it is not expected that this fact will have an impact on his game.[8]

Does he cover the other side of his chest during the National Anthem?

As far as the national anthem is concerned, He probably does that thing that most nba players do. 1)Hands behind lower back 2) sway back and forth 3) Look down at the ground 4) Chew gum.

What he doesn't know is that what goes in doesn't necessarily come back out, in fact, it rarely does.

Not that it's ever a common condition, but when it does occur, it's often in one of a pair of identical twins

He's a good guy, I had never realized just how much he had to overcome.
