I say if he could stick to just trades and leave drafting to somebody else ( Layden?) I would be ok. But his drafting in 1 round was so abysmal that I would fire him just for that. Surprisingly he was able to find some diamonds in second round so I am kind of torn.

I still wonder how much of previous drafts has been on KOC and how much on Sloan. I think Jerry probably got his way more often than not.
