The only top tier WC team we have any chance against is the Grizz. I think we could take that series to 6 if we played well. There is basically zero probability that we will get that matchup if we make it to the playoffs; instead, we will get beatdown by the known providers of beatdowns.

Whatever it takes to get the youth movement in full swing, add a point guard, and cut out the vet-fat is the right answer. That's probably losing. Since I can't root for losing, I watch a lot less than I'd like to.

Rooting for a loss does absolutely nothing to help your team lose, it just makes you look like a douche.

I root for a win, but when we lose, I see the upsides.

And if we win 70% of our remaining games & Ty gets a big fat 4 year extension - you'd be ecstatic with that I bet?

Haha. If Ty can turn this cluster**** around and win 70% of remaining games, I'd be down with a 20 year contract.

Tell that to all the Colts' fans who lived by Suck for Luck.

Not one person thinks they're douches now.

Redskins and Broncos fans might. Indy could have had either of those QBs, and both will be better than Luck for the next 3-4 years.

Difference between having a viable chance to tank for the 1st overall pick as compared to tanking to get the 14th pick instead of the 16th pick.

Well what did the FO base their decision on then when they gave Ty a 2 year contract with 3rd year team option? Ty had taken over Sloan for less than half a season and coached only 28 games.

Because he was been groomed to take over for Sloan. Like I said, they have a plan, and they are going to give it the time it needs to show. They are going to terminate it early.

Obviously the situation Corbin was put in wasn't really fair to judge him off of. They decided to extend him because he was going to be the guy they were going to give the job to after Sloan decided to quit anyway.

And you think they're going to terminate him this summer?

??? What are you talking about? They already picked up the option for the third year.

Even if it means we're keeping Ty for 4 more years?

Yes. Even if it means keeping him for 20. You always root to win. Period. However I think the FO is going at it *** backwards. In my opinion, going with the youth is the way to win.

But the only way to get to that is to get rid of Ty. He'll never change. He'll have to do a complete 180 on his coaching philosophy.
