OK Guys - so it's been 1 week since we drafted Trey Burke... So I'm interested to know, has the fact that we drafted Trey Burke changed your life or outlook on life at all??

For me personally - yes!!! (It's sad, I know, LOL).

My life has changed in oh so many ways

You have no idea how happy I was on draft day, I watched it with all my friends and as soon as the T-Wolves took Burke I was like he's getting traded to the Jazz! Stupidly, a few of my friends said no they are going to keep him because Rubio is always injured and isn't getting better. Now that the Jazz have a point guard my outlook on life and the Jazz is getting better! Can't wait until the summer league!

Also it is going to be fun playing with the Jazz in 2k14 with them actually having a point guard, instead of me using Burks at the 1 I can slide him to the 2 now.

On a side note one of my friends is a Nuggets fan and when they took Gobert he was really happy, then come to find out he got traded to the Jazz later on I was just sitting there like

Hahaha.. I wonder who are the 2 voted for "Utah Jazz doesn't dictate my life/outlook on life" ????

Make it 3. Well, 4 now as I see someone else also selected that option. Draft provided some temporary euphoria and I'm excited for the new season, but other things are WAY more important,

When you are in high school and it's summer, there isn't much that is more important.

Agree. I was fanatical about following "my" teams from elementary through high school. I'm a bit older so I grew up in the days before the internet. I actually had a notebook where I input the stats of the CA Angels (the parent club of the triple-A Salt Lake Angels). I updated their BA's, ERA's, etc. after each game. Doesn't sound like much now, but computers didn't really come along until I was in HS. My freshman year, the computer club was actually a bunch of nerdy guys developing very simplistic games and info was written to cassette tapes - not even floppies! AS for basketball, I remember the ABA (yes, I'm that old!). Summertime was all about spending a couple of hours (or more) shooting baskets at the hoop mounted on the garage. Good tmes!

I was sad but after watching the video I am happy now.

Remember the Celine Dion song The Reason? Trey you are the reason I wake up every day with a grin on my face.........................you are the reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssssooooooon!!!!!!!!
