Apparently the vote was unanimous that it was inappropriate because it was animated. The vote was 2 in favor of an infraction 3 for a warning. The mod that sent me the warning sounded awful disappointed that it was just a warning. The message ended like an episode of Inspector Gadget, "I'll get you next Time!".

I may edit the gif and try my luck again. Probably when I get super board this winter. :)
