Post the 5 man lineup you’re most excited to see next season

Im surprised no one has the correct answer thus far which is obviously:

WCJ
Ace
Lauri
Hendricks
Kessler

Or then its in the eye of the beholder or smth.
this.

There are an awesome number of different actions this lineup is capable of. The gravity that Lauri and WCJ can exert simultaneously—one on-ball (or in Lauri's case, screening for the ball handler), the other off-ball—could potentially tear defenses in two. There are so many different variations here; Golden State is a great model.

BTW, if AA wants to start winning, he should be calling Dumars about Murphy III everyday. A Kessler-Murphy PnR with off-ball screening actions involving WCJ and Lauri could grow into a top-5 offense. It's really too bad that Ace is such a neophyte playmaker.

Loved Murphy in that draft along w Giddy and Mobley

I won't ridicule but I also can't stand to think about next season's lineups right now. Subtract Collins and Sexton and this current roster is beyond awful. A max 15 win team.

Ace Bailey, a stick figure of a kid who was a selfish, losing college player, has a long way to go to having any kind of a positive effect in the NBA. Hell, that may never happen. Let's just admit this is another massive gamble.

So what? If we don’t win 15 games, we’ll get another top five pick in a loaded top of the 2026 draft, AND have a legit asset in Ace, even if he plays ******.

Collier
WCJ
Ace
Lauri
Hendricks (I think he can play small ball center).

Shooting everywhere but the PG spot but this also opens up the floor for Collier. Strong centers would kill us but not every lineup has it.

I feel like you might as well play Filipowski over Hendricks at that point. Feels VERY small at the two guard spots though.

Feels like this lineup would struggle with passing.
Im not too worried about high level passers yet. Hardys system emphasizes on the simple read and pass along with ball rotation so WCJ can initiate the offense in that system just fine.

I mean JC and Sexton have done it.
