Post what each player should improve

Everyone - Play tougher.

If you have the fouls to give, do not not let an uncontested dunk happen, especially at Home.

It does make them think 2wice on super leaps. Good hard, clean fouls are good for the league and creates an aura about the team.

He's not. He's being a moran.

Everyone needs to improve in one area. Play like you care...

Defend even if you don't feel like it.
Try harder if you don't have the talent or skill.
Act like you are a team even if you don't like some players.
Run the offense and don't take plays off as if it were your job to do so, and maybe more.
Support each other when things go rough, don't chuck people under the bus.
Come into the game ready to play no matter if you are playing 3 minutes or 30.
Hold your head up. You are the JAZZ.

If they all do these things, no matter what the outcome, I am pretty sure I speak for everyone on this forum that we will not be disappointed. That we will cheer with enthusiasm, and that we will hope to keep the group together longer.

If they don't/won't do these things, then to hell with them all. Get in some players that do care.

Everyone needs to improve shooting, rebounding, defense, ball handling, passing, actually running the Jazz's offense, playing with 100 % effort, not fouling, getting to the FT line, and actually boxing out(pssssssss that means you Big Al. Hand checking Lopez isn't boxing out).

Post what each player should improve on to make the team better (And maybe who they should model there games after)

44 Fesenko, Kyrylo: I tell Fes between every other beer to learn the damn system. He looks like a lost yearling out there flapping arms while jumping in and out of the lane every posession, followed by a pick attempt that just gets in someone's way. Seriously, bro, what are you doing
20 Hayward, Gordon: General growth (hopefully like General Growth's stock price). Hustle last night showed sparks of brilliance and was huge in keeping the Jazz in the game. Keep that up.
25 Jefferson, Al: Pass out of the triple team--your results there are terrible and not going to improve. Keep improving that shooting %, and get to the line more. Up from 46% to 48.3% on the season. Nice work!
47 Kirilenko, Andrei: Great glue this year. Keep your heart and head strong. You're staring down your last shot at a championship run.
34 Miles, C.J.: Get to the free throw line! Great scorers shoot free throws. You're not a good scorer yet, and you shoot very few free throws. Coincidence?
24 Millsap, Paul: That outside shot is silky smooth. Add a jumper to your drive next.
17 Price, Ronnie: Work on a new career, cause this one is about to end.
11 Watson, Earl: Outside shot
8 Williams, Deron: Defense, turnovers & trust your teammates more
