Actually he uses his speed to get to the basket. An advantage often of being a smaller guard.

No, he is an average sized PG with (or use to, not so much anymore) great speed, quickness, and agility to go with solid size.

I posted links in this thread earlier. The information was outdated, but it was data used from when Parker was in his prime. He is as average as it gets in the size department.

The statement "small guards can't lead you to championships" has never made sense to me because there's never any thorough discussion that focuses on how it manifests to falling short in the playoffs.

As far as I can tell, there aren't good sources for any measurement, particularly the wingspan, etc.
