I agree with your points, but think we have an even bigger problem if Hayward and Favors remain so "delicate." I really thought they would step it up this season, since the team was gutted of respectable vets with type A personalities, but they just turned the team into a bunnch of wimps and handed the locker room over to the closest replacement they could find in RJ. I guess people could say Favors made strides, since he'll do more than just blush and bat his eyes at the media now, but damn. Just damn. ****ing wimps.
Kanter and Trey have better personalities suited towards leading, but both of them will need to take huge strides in their game to earn the respect.
