Phoenix has 3 better PG than most team's starters.

Dragic, Bledsoe and Thomas ain't exactly scrubs. Phoenix invested big money in those three players.
Utah played without a significant starter. Had Favors been in there, Jazz could have abused the Suns inside.

I don't think preseason is the time to complain about gameplans.
