Quotes from the Minnesota Timberwolves Forums - Up by 11 going into the 4th? What could go wrong?

Its funny to me there's no comments about "Why isn't LaVine getting these late shots?" Jazz couldn't guard him at all and Thibs let our defenders off the hook in crunchtime IMO.

Thibs must've not seen this..

Make no mistake the Wolves are coming though. I thought we looked outclassed athletically. Their -1.8 point differential tells me they would easily be a .500 team with a couple vets on the bench.

No surprise to me. Everyone anointed them in the off-season and I found it laughable. Like the Kings, the Wolves are a perennial loser and no matter how much talent they have, they will find winning in a hyper competitive west brutally tough. They need to not only hone their raw skills, but develop chemistry, find their roles, and learn how to actually win.

I love that opposing fan bases can't decide what to think about Jingles. Dude looks like he should be playing church ball, but he's so savvy. I really hope the Jazz keep him after this season. Perfect glue guy.

I know rep is kind of dead these days, but JazzAvenues deserves some rep power. Love these threads after wins. Definitely a fun part of the boards. Let's show him some love.

The wolves haven't had a major injury all year The only real injury they have had is the Rubio injury, which was short lived. Just some context for their current record.

Haha.. aww man.. this got me good... LOL..

Haha... aww man I just hurt my stomach laughing so hard... so many funny comments. Must sux real bad to be a T'Wolves team. I feel for their fanbase.

Have read many of these opposing teams' comments this year. I think T'Wolves fans are so far the most likeable fans. They're not afraid to laugh at themselves. That's a good quality to have.

Someone will likely throw more money at him than we can afford, which sucks. Funny how at first most fans just considered him a player to help Dante transition into the pros and certainly an end of the bench type guy, but now seems like a player that most of us want to see continue to get his minutes.

The thing I most love about Joe, and I noticed it last year, is he seems immune to "can't hit the broadside of the barn syndrome." Not that he never gets cold, but there are games when the entire team can't hit a shot, to the point of looking to be contagious, and Joe can get hot in these instances, which is a rare quality. Hope Utah can figure out a way to keep him.

I'm struck by how similar many of those comments to Jazzfanz a year or two (or three?) ago. Good young team = lose a lot of close ones, I guess.
That mostly happened to us when we had the worst coach in the NBA leading the team. But Thibideau is a well respected coach in the league so it's very puzzling why this T-Wolves team isn't improving and their defense is so bad.
