So I was surprised by Utah's big opener win, but they actually have a pretty interesting mix of old dogs like Conley and Clarkson and young guys nearing their prime like Vando, Sexton and Markkanen. Although they lost one of the best defenders in the league, they also lost one of the worst defenders in the league. I also feel like they are a favorable match up for us. They are pretty big from 3-5 and pretty small at 1-2, so we should be able to stay with them defensively and do our thing offensively.

For towns and Edwards, I’m just gonna pretend wednesday never happened, that tonight is opening night. Hopefully they show up.

The wolves gave up 47 uncontested shots last game. Next highest in the league was 27. I told you homers we were playing horrendous defense but you guys couldn’t see clearly through your wolves goggles. This team would be better with Karl out of the lineup. You need to trade him before it’s too late.

Even with substanially less talent (supposedly), their offense looked much much better because their players were better coached and hustled and ran to their spots. They spaced much, much, much better and all 5 were dedicated to the same concept instead 4 guys needing different things (ant=drive or step back, russell = mid range or long chuck, Gobert = lob, KAT = who the hell knows at any given time) and one guy just standing in the corner.
2. Our defense is absolute trash. Not even Gobert can fix it.
2. The Jazz had so much more energy and desire to win. Already getting bad vibes about our chemistry.
Not digging Ant's body language. If we look this bad against OKC and Utah, what is going to happen against teams actually trying to win?
3. KAT is still a big damn baby who makes knucklehead play after knucklehead play.
It took 7 quarters this year for him to score his first damn paint point.
Whatever offensive playbook they are running for him, they need to tear it up and start over.
