The top 3 pick is far fetched unless we get lucky with the balls.

The Kings Isiah Thomas? haha
I thought the Kings player was Isaiah, not Isiah?
I hate you for even thinking these thoughts.Prediction:
Jazz finish 30-52
Hayward averages 23 ppg for the rest of the season. Jazz sign him to a max contract.
Corbin signs a 2-year contract right after the end of the season.
Jazz make no big moves in the offseason, claim to be rebuilding through Burke, Hayward, and Favors. They resign Marv Williams to a 5 mil/year contract.
Next season: Kanter plays 18 mpg. Favors 28. Marvin 30. Jazz go 33-49. Corbin, the front office, and franklin claim significant progress.

1/4th of the season through and the Jazz are 4-15. They look better with Burke in at PG over JL3, but there's still a long way to go before they climb out of the bottom 5.
I'm expecting DL to trade both Marvin and Jefferson for assets (and if they can get anything for Biedrins or Rush I hope they trade them too.) Then hopefully they take on a bad contract at the deadline from a luxury tax team for another (lottery protected) pick similar to the GSW deal giving them 3 first round picks for 2014.
Then sign a couple of young D-league guys to try out on 10 day contracts until the end of the year. If any look good, you give them a two year deal like Ian Clark. (Speaking if which. . . why hasn't Clark been sent down to the D-League to get some floor time this year?)
Tank is back on track. . . big minutes to your top 7 young players to develop (Gobert, Favors, Kanter, Evans, Hayward, Burks and Burke) with JL3 leading the bench along with a bunch of young scrubs fighting for contracts next year. Garrett looks like a keeper. Maybe Clark and/or another will show up to play also.
