Randy Rigby Retiring At The End Of The Season

How old is he? He doesn't seem that old to me.

Also why would he want to retire just as we're starting to contend for the playoffs?

I think there is more to this....

You realize for him it's a job, right?

I don't know him personally so it's just my guess... but I think to him the Jazz is more of a family.

Yeah, you're right. He's being disowned. He passed gas in the presence of Gail one too many times and they voted him off the island. But out of respect for his 30 years of service they are letting him finish out the season and retire instead of sending him packing immediately.

This is lovely.

Yeah, he called his dad and his dad said he needs to start looking for work immediately because he's not moving back home with him...so Locke called Rigby and got set up for a job here.

Rigby was the baker. The Jazz are taking the cake out of the oven. There is nothing more for him to do.

Maybe he'll put on a chauffeur hat and be Lawson's driver. Hey, Mr. Rigby, I can hook you up with Uber,

This timing seems very suspicious. Randy Rigby announces he is stepping down the same day rumours swirl about Jazz trading Trey for a player that is not a Jazz like player. It seems obvious that Libdsey has wrestled away control of the entire organization and has convinced ownership to take risks on players with questionable characters. Rigby, who is well known for his commitment to character, probably objected to Lawson and Lindsey used it as his opportunity to push Rigby out. Ownership sided with Lindsey, but allowed Rigby the dignity of announcing a retirement rather than fire him.

I'm pretty sure the illuminati, the trilateral commission and Brigham's Danites might be involved.
