BTW I know I hadn't really rated JoJo Rabbit.. but now that I have thought about it some more it's message is probably one of the most relevant today..

We need more of the likes of Taika Waititi's in the world to bring forward these films and to encourage more of these films being made.

I watched JoJo Rabbit this week. I'm really glad Taika won best adapted screenplay (first Maori Oscar winner ever), so good, everything about the film was brilliant, I would have been fine with that winning best picture as well - but I do agree that Parasite deserved it just a tiny bit more, maybe.
