What's new

Rayn Anderson's girlfriend dies at the age of 29.

Find it disgusting to make fun of it. Especially when you're not affected by the situation.

Not really making fun of it, was being serious. Some people just crave attention and don't know how to handle life after their 15 minutes is up.

Wouldn't surprise me. She looked a bit like a neurotic drama queen on Bachelor Pad to me...probably had some confidence issues as well.

..... I know I'm going to catch hell for saying this...

But a lot of beautiful women suffer from this. Some have crappy fathers who were never there. Some had really demanding mothers wanting to live vicariously through them. Some were late bloomers and weren't "hot" until later in life. Some were always considered "hot" but never really found genuine love or attention.

I'm no John Mayor, but I've dated a few really pretty girls in my days. I'm not Kanter, but I've been to clubs, parties, and have had a lot of pretty girls as friends.

For one, you'd be surprised how "normal" most of them are. Many suffer through doubt, anger, etc just like any/all of us. Often, I've found, if you treat these beautiful things as human beings and not as d-bags you'll be surprised how fast they open up. So many guys just waste their time trying to impress hotties or use them for one night stands. True, there are a lot of brainless girls out there who let themselves be used in a demeaning way. However, I maintain that over half of the really pretty girls I've met are actually really quite down to earth and normal.

In this girl's case, I'm guessing that she probably had some sort of an issue with attention and/or confidence. I see that she's 29. Perhaps she was sad that maybe her career was fading? Her chances of "making it big" were diminishing? Such is the case for models where age is a huge factor. Perhaps she was tired of being under the microscope? Or maybe she craved it? Lack of family, religious, or a sense of community belonging had bummed her out?

Whatever the issue was, I think we can all recognize that no one is above the serious issues of life. We all have challenges. We should all seek to help each other along the way.
