I see the same guys that p*ssed all over them selves for Booker earlier this year doing the same for Draymond Green now .Green is flavor of the month ,mostly benefiting from playing with two super shooters in Thompson and Curry ,a luxury he wouldn't have in Utah.
For sh*ts sakes ,I even see one guy dumping all over Kanter's ability to score baskets ,where scoring baskets in the Western Conference is needed 1st,You can't score your going no where in the West.

The Grizz and Rockets are 13th and 18th in scoring and they seem to be doing just fine in the West.

In order to sign him I believe we would have to renounce the rights to Kanter to clear his cap hold. We could then sign green to a contract, then G-State matches, Aaaaand, we are screwed. THAT would be a short-sighted, bad GM move if ever there was one.

That's a fair point. So the question really is, do we want to re-sign Kanter? If not (and I lean that way because his limited athleticism and iq severely hurts him on defense), then it's really not an issue and we should be looking to trade him before the deadline.

Utah is in the bottom 9 in team scoring with the other 8 teams being Eastern Conference teams and you want a scrappy player more than a guy that can get points.Every team in the Western Conference scores more points than the Jazz ....Jazz need more points and keep the guys who can get them

Honestly haven't watched much Green at all. Maybe I should. Does he guard PF's or does Barnes?

Defense. And a brain. Not you, but kanter.

Undersized PF's can be Albert Einstein and it will always be a dead end road.
It's the reason they let Millsap walk in the first place. I'm not against trading
Kanter but lets get a real solution at PF, not a patchwork solution.

He usually guards the stronger dude.

I am blown away by how Draymond Green has played in the NBA after watching him play at MSU for all those years. Nothing about his offensive game and basketball IQ surprises me because that's who he was in college, but the fact that he's not an absolute liability on defense really astounds me. I didn't think he'd be able to guard anyone, and that would be his downfall. He just didn't seem as athletic then as he is now.

How are we when Kanter is on the floor?
