Reputation system poll #1: min # of users before you can give to same person again

What should be the min # of users you need to give rep to before you can give to the same person again? (up until recently this was set for 10, then as per this thread https://jazzfanz.com/showthread.php?7528-Spreading-the-reputation-around, a couple of weeks ago I set it for 5)

I agree with five. Limiting the ability to give someone multiple reps within a short time span is silly. Some people deserve them frequently and to limit that is pure communism. Or something.

I would say the same # as they are allowed to post in a day. Thereby at least limiting giving the same person neg rep in the same day.

Except if you are allowed 10+ reps a day that seems to be too many for this purpose and it should then be set at 5.

I think spreading 5 reps before repeating is good and 10 reps limit per day.
