Retro Jazz Game collectors...

I have a couple of tapes of nationally televised Jazz regular season and playoff games from 2000-2003, and I think a few games from 04-06. You want them prodigy?

I reply saying I didn't agree to pay for these games. Than I get a somewhat threatening e-mail saying basically saying you shouldn't cheat me of my money. I haven't replied to him since.

I apologize for necroing an old thread but it was brought to my attention just a moment ago.

So not only that you scam me, you also start a silly topic on a message board spouting a bunch of lying nonsense? Seriously man, what the hell is your problem? Spite?
What actually happened was that you agreed to pay for them after which I made a mistake of trusting you and sending you part of the games in advance, after which you made up some silly excuse and of course, I never heard from you again. Here is a part of our convo that you intentionally left out:
Yes I would be willing to buy some from you. I've looked through your complete list and saw at least a dozen jazz games i'd love to have. About how much would it cost me, I live in Utah. Could use paypal if you have it. Let me know.

Also, I never bothered you since. I wont get my panties in a bunch over 6 petty games. Though, I would appreciate that you do not spread false rumors about me in the future. I never once cheated or scammed someone. That is all.

Hey Kovach, I don't know the case but, that doesn't sound like a done-deal to me, actually not even close, my friend.

You are a dip ****. Here comes some legal stuff about contracts in America. Prodigy did not make you an offer. Legally it is not a valid offer. Thus, your performance is not acceptance and does not create a contract or deal in this scenario. Your English appears good in your post, but you obviously do not understand English well enough to comprehend the conditional tense in English.

"I would be willing..." "I'd love to have..." " How much would it cost me..." "Could I use PayPal..."

Terms like this do not constitute a legally binding offer. It clearly is a negotiation or invitation to negotiate. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invitation_to_treat Prodigy never agreed to anything.

Now, **** off douche bag and take your sand filled ****** somewhere else.
