Grizzles can add Allen to spread the floor and get a guy who can be the best sixth man in the NBA

Jazz get a solid PG and talented SF which will allow hayward to move into his natural SG position

PG: Rondo
SG: Hayward

C: Favors/Kanter

Celtics get younger and unload Allen's contract.

SF: Pierce

Everyone benefits from this trade. You may think Memphis gets ripped off but they made a run in the playoffs without Gay and OJ Mayo is on the trading block. I think Gay could be a beast with a PG like Rondo

Give this poster a break. The red dot says poster got off to a bad start but I've seen a lot of thought and effort into recent posts.
It's not like the guy is pulling a beanclown and recycling unoriginal, week old ideas with 6 new threads from four different accounts.

I have to think about this one level headed, but initially I thought if Gay was on a two year instead of four then this would be intriguing.
