Ronnie Brewer taunting crowd after Fisher hits 3's.....

How many millions of dollars did Jerry Sloan help mediocre wings earn throughout his career due to playing in his system?

Quite a number.....Ronnie Brewer, Shandon Anderson, Bryon Russel, Gordan Giricek, Wesley Matthews, Blue Edwards, Bobby Hansen, ...

Matthews is okay though.

Can't really put Matthews on that list because he actually improved off of Utah. All the other players listed were strictly products of Jazz system. Matthews was an actual player.

It is sad on so many levels that one of the best wings this team has produced in decades is Wesley Matthews. I mean, who is the better one after Darrell Griffith? Hornacek wasn't produced here. Does AK even count as he's not exactly a wing (or Harpring by that token [who also might not count as Utah wasn't an early team for him]? Bryon Russell maybe? First edition Raja Bell? I got it: Mo Williams.

Thats exactly what great coaches do. They make bottom players, role players. Coach Sloan was Almost the best at it. The only other coach I can name that does it better is Popovich. He's won championships doing it. And always keeps the spurs a top team in the west.

Isn't Brewer an expert on pillow forts? I seem to recall something about him, a hooker, some crazy glue, P. F. Changs takeout and a pillow fort...

Wasn't it Dutch who kept thinking RB was the next Michael Jordan? Makes me wonder about his analysis of Al :)
