I'm fine with insurance policy but Rubio isn't an insurance, he's a replacement. Patrick Beverly is insurance. Teodosic is insurance. Rubio is replacement.
And a damn good one.

That's great if I were one of the ones bitching about the Jazz sitting on their hands -- here I'm arguing that our best course is sitting on our hands. Hard to discuss when you're conflating different arguments. I'm fine with insurance policy but Rubio isn't an insurance, he's a replacement. Patrick Beverly is insurance. Teodosic is insurance. Real possibility. Also a real possibility it could be a relatively prime 1st round pick in the 18-22 range.
Who wouldn't want to play with this guy?https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZgU0cT_TfI
Man, if the Jazz lose Hayward I hate having Rubio. Who on this team is going to ****ing score? The prospect of the Jazz scoring without Hayward is just mind boggling. Maybe it all works out even if they lose Hayward, but I'm not optimistic. Feels like Al Jefferson all over again.
