Rudy for player of the week?

I thought about this last week as well, but forgot Westbrook was on an absolute tear. He's still going strong, but I think Rudy puts up a good case this week:

13 PPG, 18.3 RPG, 3.3 BPG, 1.3 SPG and a 3-0 week for the Jazz. It's been 2 years since we've had a player of the week (Al towards the end of his last season here)

Yeah they will take good stats and a contending team over good stats and a losing team, regardless of streaks.

It's too bad. Had Rudy started the whole season, I imagine we'd have a better record and Rudy would be winning some awards.

If Rudy continues at his current pace, he could still win MIP ... he's made bigger strides than Butler, both literally and figuratively.

Anthony Davis's stats last night were unreal. He will undoubtedly get a quadruple-double at some point.

Yep, I watched the 4th quarter and both OT's. Dude is unreal. He got super tired in the 2nd OT and settled for jumpers even though the Nuggs were playing Fahried at center.

New Orleans has an incredibly weak defense. Their coach must blow some deck. Davis himself isn't a great individual defender from what I saw that game. Fahried gave him the business on a couple of key buckets just by driving into his chest and overpowering him.

It's just too bad that he will eventually need to be destroyed by Gobert, reduced to sitting down and sobbing at midcourt like LeMarcus Aldridge.
