The reason Mutombo had better scoring numbers was because of how different the style of play was in that era. He was not better offensively than Rudy.

Jokic is amazing. A 7 footer that passes like a guard, can score, rebound and do it all? Ok his defense is lacking, but he is simply amazing.
The team with the best player wins it all a lot. With all that said, I think you could have responded better to @HermanG

Lol. Basketball isnt 1on1 sport, you know?

Gobert is on Gordon because that enables him to roam around the paint as he doesnt have to track his guy around the perimeter all day. Minnesota has made some tactical mistakes, but putting Gobert on Gordon isnt one of them.

Or would you rather have KAT as the roaming inside defender while Gobert is navigating around screens chasing Jokic on the perimeter?
