More likely it is just a random set of letters and numbers to be able to get a unique identifier to make a fake twitter account faster. Your "@" has to be unique, I believe. Anything else beyond that can be whatever you want. So you can make it "@LG98023432" and then make the name "The Real Karl Malone" and pass **** off as Karl's. Something like that.

The thing lopo posted has 1 RT and 5 likes. Dude was going out of his way searching for Rudy Gobert Trade on twitter and gooed himself at the first fake account post he saw lmao.
