Punch Bowl Re-Filler
A week? He has 2 days before the Lakers game. Should be plenty of time to add another dimension to his game. That's it... lets ask him to shoot threes... should take him a week or two.

I think Hibbert has size and girth. .
Anyone that is more worried about Gobert's weight than his knees, shins, ankles, feet must have a short memory. Too many uber talented bigs never realized their potential due to injury. If anything I would consider giving him a DNP/CD on the second night of a back to back. Let dem bones/joints heal a bit and adjust to being a starter in the NBA.
I can't believe that someone would post this thread. Greatest since Malone?? Even if you have someone that has great stats game after game, and has the best running numbers since Malone, you still don't put them in the same sentence. Malone is the 2nd all time scorer in NBA history. He took us to the playoffs 18 years in a row!! Gobert is a damn good player but you have the audacity to mention his name as the next best player to Malone??? I have to ask you, how long have you watched basketball?? The next question is, when did you last leave the comfort of your superman comforter, ninja turtles pajamas, and the your hello kitty decorated bedroom in the basement of your gam gam's house?

Agree...it reminds me of one of those Holiday Inn commercials. The amazing thing about Rudy is his learning curve. He needed to work on FT's: done. Quin has asked him to set screens: done. His passing was criticized: now he's making multiple assists underneath to Derrick. P&R: he's been working on that with Trey. He has such a high BBIQ. I've been teaching my daughter about screens and we often focus on them during games. On one play, Rudy came out and set a P&R screen for Trey. Burke didn't drive. So Rudy then resets and screens in front instead of to the side, freeing up Trey for a jumper, which he took. Rudy just never quits.

Just because Rudy is big doesn't Automatically mean he is fragile. Wilt Chamberlain played a lot of minutes. So did Abdul Jabar. So did Shaq despite weighing much more and jumping around dunking all the time. Just in recent history with Greg Oden and Yao we have recency bias. I agree the chance is higher for big man but lets not pretend it is a gaurentee.
