I said he has no post game. All his points comes off of someone like Rubio or mitchell setting him up with a good pass and he puts it in. If you gave the ball go gobert and told him to get a bucket on his own he couldnt

Can you imagine how amazing rudy would be if he just could do a turn around hook like Hakeem? It wouldn't require much footwork, just turn and 1 hand hook.

I'm not asking him to do the "Dream Shake", or to do crossovers or anything like that. He works so hard on his movement for defense, why doesn't he have 1 move.

He's shooting 66% on 2 post-ups possessions per game where he gets 1.3 attempts out of those possessions a game.

He has a move, it's called running the floor in transition to cause a mistmatch, and duck in at the front of the rim.

Does Klay Thompson have no offense? Because he needs someone to pass him the ball as well. The best offensive game of his career he took 11 dribbles to score 60 points.

That's not what I said at all. I just used that turn around hook as a move he could develop. I even said I'm not asking him to dance like Hakeem or anything. Did you even read the post or just the first couple of lines.

I still havent heard a good answer about why he cant develop any sort of move. He has a high center of gravity? That doesn't mean he cant shoot a 5 footer or get a hook shot.

Because why shoot a 5 foot hook shot, a terrible shot for every player in the NBA, when you could dunk? Post-ups arent efficient shots. Running nearly anything else is a better option.

It's 2018, not 1994.

Kyoto laying down a whole lot of stupid in thread. Rudy is one of the most efficient offensive players in the league. He creates spacing by being such a beast at the rim. He is very good at what he should be doing and in no way should anyone be begging for Rudy to try and become a post-up scorer, it's an inefficient shot and he should spend his time getting even better at the things he is doing now.
