Does anyone know if the Jazz have actually made an offer? If so, then they would have to cut or trade someone, likely the latter.

Yeah I don't think this team has a hole in the frontcourt, assuming favors is not already mummified.

Ugh. If you watch the NBA, yes...
If you watched the NBA 2 years ago and have a good memory.
Our only hole in our 2nd unit is that the 2nd unit doesnt have any strong ball-handlers or speed, which is something Alec will really help with.

Exum should improve too. The end of this season should look a fair amount different for the jazz than the beginning.

My guess is Dmo wants to prove he can still play so he would look for a 1 year gig to improve his signing status next year. If he is portrayed as a problem player then I am sure his agent would want to get him to sign with the Jazz because of their chair boy image. I would not complain just to give Favors more time to become healthy before the playoffs. Diaw is the wild card.
I doubt that. He refused a 1 year qualifying offer from the Rockets. My guess is he wants a long-term contract because his agent is worried about his back.
But he hasn't gotten that. If he thinks he can produce and earn time in Utah on a min contract, it makes sense to reestablish his value

What's not to like? Dude can be a serious stretch four and offer us some minutes at the five. This team needs another big and I think we get him at a bargain.
