He has had good enough talent around him to make it to the playoffs if he matured and was a leader.Look at his team through the years.

He doesn't dominate. He has the highest turnover rate for a big man ever and has a horrid true shooting percentage.

Or at the very least do better.

This is like saying, Look up funny comedians. Dane Cook and George Carlin show up on every list!!! They're two of the funniest guys ever!!!
It's pretty damn dominant to be averaging #4 in pts and #5 in boards.
No other player can lay claim to that.
How do you define dominate... just team wins?
If that's the case then Harrison Barnes >> than Hayward, Favors, Gobert...
Now swallow.
I'm all for bringing in talent. Just not at the expense of chemistry. There is a reason guys like Cousins don't win. They have talent, they just destroy team chemistry. He's not worth it. He does not make us a title contender, we are far more likely to be picking in the top 5 if he's on the team than we are to be contending. If the Jazz were to trade for him the likely outcome is the rest of the talent on the team leaves/quits trying. He's that big of a Douche Bag on the court.Welcome to fans of the Jazz. "We'd rather miss the playoffs with guys we've talked ourselves into having potential but really don't, than bring in talent and compete for titles."
