25% of the proposed cap is $15mm, but there's a reduction formula based on the old CBA that none of know how to calculate. I.E. Harden etc. got $13.4mm, which isn't a full 25% of the then $56mm cap.

Basing on the same %, Hayward's class can start at $14.36mm.
