Like curry?

Curry has WAY better court vision than Westbrook.

I brought curry because he is a point guard whose job is to score..... like westbrook.... drose.... wall..... lillard....tony parker.... ect ect

i would rather have a guy who avg 15/12assists. over a guy who avg 23/7. 12 dime guy makes the team go. he is the engine. he makes his sg, pg, c avg couple more points more. and there will be no alpha dog fights.

I was saying that sometimes your point guard is your scorer rather than your distributor

but problem is when he isn't scoring, and he isn't as effective. get it?

i like my PG to score 15-17 pts and dishes 10+. that would be my kinda PG. westbrook shooting 30 shots make me cringe. that ain't gonna get you championship especially when you take ball away from the best player.

Every players job is to make the right play. There's no prescribed number of shots or passes.

i like them too. they can play for my team any time any day as #2 option. their main objective is to attack the rim and if nothing is there then dish the ball out to outside shooters. theoretically westbrook is just like them.

but here is a problem. watch westbrook. he forces the action. he never let the game come to him. he decides to be the hero. he thinks he is MJ. that's why they are losing to memphis. he isn't complimenting the mvp in this league. put tony parker, lillard, or whoever else there instead of westbrook. team would form a clear hierarchy and be harmonious.

i'm all for combo guards if they can make others better and don't need to shoot 25+ a night.

i do prefer 15/12 guy, but those are rare breeds. imagine thunder having stockton instead of westbrook. just imagine that.

But i guess what im sayin is that if the jazz cant get curry, parker, cp3, lillard etc and also cant get a superstar scorer.... well then i would love to have westbrook on our team as a consolation prize

i agree. but don't worry. we gon have wuggins or parker. our superstar scorer will be a good boy who won't jack up 30shots and make only 10 of them.
