Screw it.. GAME #82 Jazz playing another basketball game in Memphis 4/17 6PM Utah Time ESPN

Bat, can you tell me why I won the Iron Man Poster award? I'm flattered but I don't know what that award means about me.

Something to watch out for in tonight's game:

David Locke ‏@Lockedonsports 4m
Running through 3 games v. Memphis. Paul Millsap has had a miserable time keeping Zach Randolph under control and off boards - key tonight

Also according to Kevin Pelton - we have a 40% chance of beating the Grizz, and Lakers have a 60% chance of beating HOU.

In conclusion, we have about 10% chance of making the playoffs.

Go Jazz!!

Now let me see, the Jazz have a 40% chance of winning, and the Rockets have a 40% chance of winning. And both teams need to win for the Jazz to go Playoffing. Well doesn't that mean 40% + 40% = 80% ??????

Go Jazz.

LOL.. Spence and Monson also couldn't figure it out on the Big Show.

I thought about it, and I think it has something to do with the fact that Jazz needs 2 results to go their way to get into the playoffs: 1) Jazz needs to beat MEM, and 2) LAL needs to lose to HOU.

Whereas LAL simply needs to beat HOU regardless of whether or not Jazz beats MEM to make the playoffs. Further, if Jazz loses to MEM, LAL is automatically in.

When you need 2 results to go your way the probability goes down fast... (I remember learning that in highschool stats class)

Chuck Norris would never give up like that. Did you know that Norris started off by losing his first three tournaments but, by 1966, he was almost unbeatable.

Colonel James Braddock would never give up like that, When Tuck wanted to duck and run Braddford was going to fight on.

You know who would give up like that? This guy>>>

CI figure you have a choice, change your outlook or change your avatar.

C'mon join in....Go Jazz.

Was last year's playoff experience not good enough for you?

I have no desire to watch 4 games of crap.

Start the summer off early, lets watch the soap opera in LA get swept by OKC, and lets focus on getting ourselves a new coach and damn good draft picks.

Hold your ground, hold your ground! Sons of St. George, of Salt Lake, my brothers! I see in your posts the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of Jazz fans fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of woes and shattered dreams, when the season of our Jazz comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we cheer! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you *stand, Men of the Jazz!*

Go Jazz!
