SFA is Going to Crush Utah

I am from Salt Lake but I live in Houston. Work brought me down here. I've lived in Texas almost 6 years now. Overall it's actually been a pretty great place. Houston has so much to do and Austin is just a hop a skip and a jump away. Winters aren't too terribly bad although, to my surprise, it does get cold here. Today was the most beautiful day of the year though. I had brunch with my girlfriend and some friends at a nice little ice house this morning and had a wonderful bike ride in the evening. It's the little things in the south that I like. People are generally nice here.

I like TX a lot. The mentality.
I have done real estate developments in;

Austin (Lake Travis)
Houston (Lake Conroe)
South Padre
Galveston
Corpus Christie

When is this game?

Hey thats great, i love lake travis and lake conroe. Galveston gets a lot of guff but im actually grateful to have a beach nearby. I am thinking of getting some gear and going shore fishing one of these weekends. I will have to talk to you for advice when i decide to buy a house! Do you make it down here often?

Oh no kidding? Ive actually never been, but ive spent some time in port aransas. What sent you to Mississippi? Think you will move back to cc?

I moved when I was 11 cause my parents moved and I kind of depended on them to house and feed me at the time.

Nah, I sold my development company back in '05 and haven't traveled for business a whole lot since.
And though I like TX a lot, I wouldn't vacation there.
