Should shelly sterling keep her share in the clippers?

All 16 playoff teams receive bonuses. It is up to the teams how to distribute those monies among players, coaches, trainers, etc. In 2013, the Miami Heat earned $3.8M in bonuses. On the low end, four teams were paid $194K.

aah thx

learned something new.

thought like they get paid x amount per year. if they play 1 game due to injury they still get the same.
so assumed if they played 110games(4 game 7's) they wouldl pay the same.

did know about all star bonus though

I was thinking about this more from the standpoint of suspensions. If a player is suspended they "lose" the equivalent pay for one game, same can happen if they refuse to play, at least the way I understand it there are such provisions in most contracts. I believe the same applies during the playoffs. So players who really cared about the issue could refuse to play, give up their pay or donate a game's worth of pay to a related charity, and do something substantial to show their outrage.

Or they can just say "ain't nobody got time fo dat" and go about business as usual.

It just seems to me that beyond lip service they aren't really that concerned about the issue.
