he shouldn't resign - he should be censured and impeached.

this is sexual harassment plain and simple. saying that democrats don't run on family values so this stuff doesn't matter is beyond stupid. this has nothing to do with family values its about predatory and misogynistic behavior -- and the democrats do run on that stuff.


the misogyny in the democratic party and liberal elites (treatment of Hillary during the primary, treatment of Sarah Palin) is beyond hypocritical.

Was there any indication that the conversations were unwelcome? Created an uncomfortable environment for someone? A product of his influence as a Representative? If not, do you actually know what sexual harrassment means?

I agree. If there is any evidence that the behavior was predatory and mysogynistic, he should be impeached. Where's ther evidence?

Yawn. Hilary was treated pretty much like any other candidate, and Sarah Palin has been treated just as she has deserved to be.
 
No where in the constitution does it state we have to elect moral, law abiding and upright Christian citizens. If Weiner's district feels he can still effectively represent them, which they do, then by all means he should stay in office.

You're right, our country would be better ran by the mafia. I mean, what they do or who they kill in their off time doesn't matter to me as long as they get the job.

Sorry for the sarcasm, but I really disagree with what you said. We absolutely need people in our government who can think with their head (the right one) and lead us. As far as the "law abiding" goes are you serious? It bothers me every time I see on the news another politician getting busted for not paying his tax, or driving off a bridge with a girl and walking away from the accident and not reporting it, or even the guy that was hanging out in hot-tubs naked with under-aged girls a few years back (but it was okay because there was no inappropriate contact). Sorry, but these are people we elect to look up to for an example. I'm sorry that you do not see it that way.

If the mafia can represent and look out for the best interest of it's representatives then I'd gladly elect the mafia.

I don't care if Wiener showed off his wiener, I just care that he'll fight for the right for me, and others like me, to continue showing ours off (metaphorically speaking).

I am no choir boy but what kind of douche bag takes a picture of his junk and sends it to somebody? When did that become excusable behavior for somebody in such a high position of responsibility?

He's a Democrat. Anything they do is excusable.
