There are other instances. I have a neighbor who literally had a concave chest. She didn't go massive...I'd guess around 34C, but WOW...what a difference! She looks very good, but very natural. Of course, I don't know how they look or feel without clothes. On the other hand, my sister-in-law went BIG, really BIG (probably 36D). We still joke and ask how she "and the kids" are. She's not small woman, but IMO, they're just too big on her frame.

Unless your SIL is 5'4", 36D isn't that big. My wife has 36DD (her own god given boobs I might add) and I wouldn't mind if they were bigger.
