Is it harder for anyone else to easily tell which threads have new post in them? Felt like before the update it was very clear, but now they all look pretty similar.
 
The thumbs-up (and down) seems awfully...uh...thumbsy now. Weird.

Especially in dark mode on mobile. Nearly identical since all it can do is bold, it can't really change color or anything on dark mode.
 
Am I the only one getting huge white squares on the top and bottom of each page? I am also seeing somewhat significant slowdown (read: enough to notice and sometimes mess up typing posts) when ads reload. Not sure if anything can be done about it, but it is a bit irritating.

Same to all you mentioned

And I understand the need for ads, but since the update it is feeling like 50% of my screen at times is covered from top bar and bottom bar ads where this didn't feel nearly as invasive before. It has personally turned me off the site recently where I almost immediately sign off after accessing it on my phone because of the increasing pain points added.

Yeah I switched back to normal mode and it's fine. I prefer dark mode, but it's annoying not being able to see what has new post.
 
When I click on reply to post, or edit a post, the banner on the bottom resets itself and removes the curser so typing just stops. I have to click back in the edit box to type more. And if I go a bit too long drafting a post, it resets again and kicks me out of the edit box again. Each time it resets. This is on PC and Chrome.

@Jason I just got an auto-play ad, as I had JF up in a different tab during a conference call. LOL It was kid of funny at the moment, but man that is irritating. Any way to ensure those are turned off.

Also while typing this the banner reset at the bottom and kicked me out of the edit box twice. Ugh. This is one of the banners that came up at that time. Well, 2 of them, there are 2 at the bottom at all times.

Any idea what advertisement was the audio one? Sorry - I got it too earlier but couldn't gather which one it was.

No I didn't. It hit and I immediately killed the tab. If it comes up again I'll try to see which one it was.
